if you buy them fresh the chances of them being rotten are slim and you’ll know by the smell immediately once the shell is cracked if they have gone off, anyway even if you did crack them one by one into a bowl you would still result in contaminating the rest once the ‘rotten’ one goes in so the end result would be the same you doughnut. . . . . anyway i dont really care what you think or say you retard i’m done with you, this is the last reply you’ll get

There is a chance of an egg being rotten. Therefore, you should NEVER crack all the eggs together in the mixing bowl.
One by one on a small bowl, then into the mixing bowl.

@availabillity1 funny, ive never heard that one and i’m a professional chef. theres nothing wrong with cracking them over the bowl as long as you dont get egg shell in there, theres no actual rule stating you shouldn’t. Kandee you’re not a lousy cook
