I’d like to thank my cousin Andy, he’s a Marine serving for 6 years now and getting out in October. And I want to thank every individual serving right now it is so appreciated and I plan on serving as well.

I am proud of my dad who is currently serving over in Afaghanstan and i am proud of all the men and women serving in our armed forces and i intend to follow them and devote my life to protecting this loving country of mine!

My dad was a marine, 2 brothers and my husband served, and my nephew leaves Camp Lejeune, NC for tour this month. I thank them and all of the others that have made sacrifices for our freedom.

I always burst in to tears when she tells her soldier he is a father to a baby boy, and the girl wants him to come home soon so they can get married. . . I know exactly how they feel. My fiance is in Iraq right now, and won’t be able to make it home on leave until after his daughter is born. I miss him so much!!
We were at my friend’s house and this came on the radio and i had to turn it off. My dad’s currently serving in the Marines and I miss him so much.
I feel sad when I listen to the message from home version of this and when the little girl sings “Im already there” I burst into tears.
